We know that time is money, and due diligence costs both. The City of Xenia and Greene County Department of Development has taken two of our industrial properties- The Arnovitz Site and the Greene Regional Business Park- through a Certified Site program, sponsored by Dayton Power & Light Company. The certification program was administered by nationally-renowned site consultant McCallum-Sweeney. This certification means basic due diligence reports, such as Phase I site assessments and geo-technical reports, have already been completed. The consultant has also certified that necessary utilities are in place with sufficient excess capacity to handle most businesses.

The Xenia Industrial Park offers several shovel ready sites, including the Arnovitz Site which has been Certified Shovel-Ready by nationally known site certification consultant McCallum-Sweeney Consulting.
