The Records office is on the first floor of the Xenia Justice Center, located at 101 North Detroit Street.
Public records can be obtained in several ways. For most records the easiest way to obtain them is to call the Records Section at (937) 376-7204 or use the Online XPD Public Records Request Form. If you wish, you may show up in person or send the request via fax.
The Xenia Police Division DOES NOT PERFORM CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS.
The Records office is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m. to fulfill public records requests.
Accident reports can be obtained online.
