Starting / Stopping Service

To obtain utility services, complete 1 of the 3 applications listed below, all applications for residential service must be completed in their entirety by the property owner to obtain service. All new residents should view the New Resident Packet.

Requesting New Service (Forms may be submitted by attaching them to a SECURE EMAIL):

If you are the owner of the property, submit one of the "Service in the Property Owners Name" forms listed below under "Helpful Forms". If you have recently purchased the property, you will need to submit proof of ownership such as a copy of the settlement sheet.

If you are the owner of the property and you wish to place the utility service in your tenant’s name, submit one of the "Service in a Tenant’s Name" forms listed below under "Helpful Forms". If you have recently purchased the property, you will need to submit proof of ownership such as a copy of the settlement sheet.

If you are requesting service for a business (operating under a Federal ID Number), submit a "Service for a Commercial Account" form listed below under "Helpful Forms".

Discontinuing Service (Forms may be submitted by attaching them to a SECURE EMAIL):

If you are discontinuing service temporarily use the "Temporarily Discontinue Service" form listed below under "Helpful Forms". Otherwise, use on of the other "Permanently Discontinue Service" forms listed below under "Helpful Forms". You are responsible for charges on your account until you notify the Utility Billing Division that you wish to discontinue service.
